Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen → select Manual Entry → fill in your departure and destination airports, date, and airline. Distance and duration will auto-fill based on the route.
Tap + → Scan Boarding Pass → take a photo or upload an image from your gallery. Flownto reads the barcode instantly. If no barcode is found, AI reads the text automatically.
Tap + → Gmail Import → sign in with your Google account. Flownto will scan your emails for flight booking confirmations and import them automatically. Sync also runs in the background every 24 hours.
Tap + → scroll to Import CSV → select your CSV file. The file should include columns for date, from airport, to airport, airline, and flight number.
Account & Data
To delete your account and all associated data:
Go to Profile tab
Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
Tap Delete My Account
Confirm twice — this permanently deletes all your flights and account data
Yes. All your flights, profile photo, and settings are stored in the cloud and sync automatically across all your devices when you sign in with the same account.
Yes. Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Go to Profile → tap your profile photo to change it → tap the Settings icon → tap Edit Profile to update your name.
App Features
City photos are fetched automatically for every airport in the world. If a photo isn't showing, close and reopen the app. A good internet connection is required on first load — photos are then cached for future use.
Distance is calculated using the great-circle distance between airports. Duration uses an airline block time formula based on distance — short haul, medium haul, and long haul routes each have different overhead times added.
Flownto sends local notifications reminding you about upcoming flights — 24 hours before and 2 hours before departure. Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone settings for Flownto.
